I have seen picture of a hold down (holddown) that is L shaped .... screwed to MDF near the 0,0 corner.... and then another L with a wedge in the upper right corner to hold. Seems like it was made out of Baltic birch or plywood.

I can't seem to find any reference to in the forums or documents. I must not be searching for the right terms.

Can someone help me out....
Is there a .sb3, VCarve file somewhere?

Just got my desktop up and cutting air... moving on to "Blue Foam".

TJ presented a session on alternative hold downs, you might want to review this topic and see if it meets your requirements. If not familiar where to find TJ's classes high light training on Shopbots home page go to Shopbot Training Tutorials & Videos and you will find alternative hold downs. Hope this helps
