This 3.1-pound system should have enough oomph to drive your Bot. Several Botters have reported their systems run just fine with XP, and they don't need XP Pro.

Has 1GB memory, 160GB hard drive, WiFi (802.11b/g) and 10/100 Ethernet. MMC/SD(SDHC) Card Reader. 1024x600 resolution (is this enough?). Webcam. Just 10.5" X 8" X 1.5".

Long (6 to 7 hours) battery life; also runs on 12VDC. 84% of reviewers rate it 5-stars.

newegg rocks.

If anybody needs a server for their business, surpluscomputers.com has refurb'd Rackable Systems 1U, half-depth with dual 2.0GHz AMD Opteron cpus, 4 gigs of RAM and 120 gigs of hard drive for $159. geeks.com has 'em, too, for $129, so whichever is cheaper with shipping. They are very compact (1.75 inches high) and have a 90 day warranty.

I just ordered two of them. $410, delivered. I'm putting a 500gig HD in one and using it for a company backup server (where things are backed up to). Drive cost me $70 from newegg.
