Need MDF core veneer in Atlanta...

I need to obtain some 3/4" MDF core veneered 4x8 sheet goods in Atlanta. This is basically a sheet of MDF with plywood veneer on one or both sides. I've tried Atlanta Wood Products, DixiePly and Suwanee Lumber. They either do not carry it or require an entire 66 sheet unit purchase.

Alternatively, would a small shop or cabinet shop want to sell a sheet or two?

What species are you needing? I've bought tons of veneered MDF from AWPC, maybe the sales person misunderstood you.

I called AWP back again and instead of asking for "MDF core sheet products" I asked for MDF with wood veneer on it... "oh yeah, got that too"... bingo. I guess I had to sneak up on it. :-)

Thanks, I'm going to call and check with Peach State too on prices.

I believe at AWP it's referred to as fiber core (MDF Core) or Veneer Core (Plywood Core) for future reference...
