Air Drill

Does anyone have one? Any tips on using it? I got the programming down, just need to do some test drilling... I attached 2 files, one is dxf vectors, the other is drilling toolpaths. I'm just concerned about the actual physical setup of the drill.

Have one and love it.
Setup up the drill offset is easy (z zero for the drill) just make sure to sand off the coating on the bit or you will make a lot of marks in your plate. Also if you have a spindle you and are not use to using the clip to zero you need to use it on the drill.

So can I group the drill toolpaths with the profile toolpaths? Also, How far below (when extended) do you recommend the bit be from the bottom of the router bit?

No, drilling use a different pp (alpha drill or something, should be able to do both with one pp but I have had no luck). As for types of bits you can get short boring bits for most all router bit suppers but in a pinch an up cut end mill works fine.
