I'm prepping my cabinets for paint today and due to lack of skill, there is some need for caulk:o I've already bought Mohawk DuraCoat Lacquer for the paint but I can't find any info on which caulk will be compatible with this paint. And their tech support is closed today because of the holiday. Do you guys know what I can use?

Thanks,
Paul

Paul,
On my painted cabinets (which I spray with coloured post cat lacquer) I use a latex caulking very popular here with the painters.. "Alex Plus II". Just a white latex caulk that is cheap and dries fast. Never has given me any issues in many years using the stuff.

I generally caulk the interior joints of the cabinets, around ply or MDF door panels etc.

Thanks Andrew for the quick reply! I'll give that stuff a try.

That caulk works great on air fitting threads too.
