Had issues with this for quite awhile now and input 3 will not turn green, it is yellow. Usually if I drive the tool around the table for a bit (from the keyboard), the light goes to green.

Also if all inputs are green and I go to zero x and y usually it will not zero correctly and the input 3 will go yellow again more than 50% of the time. So then I drive around the table (in hopes to get a green input 3 light), and try a zero again.

If I could turn off the limits that would be fine for me but if the yellow is lit, It will not zero the z correctly.

Please help.

Stephen

That sounds like you have a bad cable

Dave,

It was a bad cable or the sensor. My partner switched the input at the board and got the same error so he ordered a new limit sensor and cable from SB, just installed it and all is well.

Thanks!
