This is my first set of entry doors. I used the bot to straighten all of my 8/4 lumber as well as surfacing the top side before running it through my planer. I designed all of the arched pieces in Artcam. I also had to design and build several jigs and fixtures to run the parts on my Weaver door machines. I could not have done it without my ShopBot!

Are your weaver shapers for entry doors or have you adjusted the cabinet door set to accomindate the thicker door materials ? Very nice doors indeed .. Are they to your shop.

Thanks! These doors are for a customer that I also built cabinets for back in the spring. They are unfinished. My Weaver machines are for cabinet doors but I bought the entry door tooling from freeborn and just adjusted and modified the machines to work. It was not quite as difficult as I had expected. Although, I would not want to have to do the switchover very often.
