Stop Button On (Input 4)

I have a PRS Alpha. Today I turned on the bot, opened the SB3 software and I can't get the input 4 to turn off. Stop buttons are reset. When I push the reset button, I don't hear the clicking in the control box....

Help?

Talked to tech support. Tapped the control board and it works now. But the board will need to be replaced.
