The Incredible Food Show

The Incredible Food Show is This Saturday At Heritage Hall In Lexington Kentucky. (next to Rupp Arena) There will be lots of great food to sample and to eat and lots of spirits to taste as well. If you get a chance come by and be sure to stop in at our booth Our booth is Number 104. We will have Skullie the Chief standing in the corner of our booth.. (Actually A wooden life size Skeleton that is automatically correct that was cut out on the shop bot.) Stop by and say Hi.

Just got in from the show... Had a great one day show... total take $1,259.15..... Plus picked up two new accounts and had One old customer to come by after the show to pick up product.

I have not heard a number that attended the show. I do know the skeleton got us on several T.V. Stations.. Our booth stayed packed. The only thing I could do was stay at the podium and collect money. We lost some sales due to us getting too busy at times. I saw some put product back because the line to pay was too long. Most of our itimes Retailed less than 10.00 Just on the Square we did 375.57 Here is squares report this morning. All sales according to Square was new customers no returning one

Scott (by private e-mail) Pointed out the fact to me that orders like this are why I maintain a minimum of 200 on each product. This is normal orders for first time ordering. Plus my regular customers are ordering each week. This is why I do only Production runs. Had I not have such huge inventory I could not go back to back shows and still be able to meet my customers orders.

Just finished entering and pulling their order.. The order ended up being $3,541.35... The Incredible Food show Investment of $300.00 paid off big time.. total for the show is $4800.50..
