If not Renfoam then what?

I need to cut a 6 inch egg-shaped shell that will hold a circuit board inside.

I assume that Renfoam can be primed in medium or hard density. but...
I'm open to substitute material that machines well and can be finished with a bright metallic appearance like AL, but not AL.

Any one have a material in mind?

i already planned on either the SN or sending it out for powder coating.

I traded for a HF powder coat oven and other sprayer but havn't used it myself.
