feed rates

Just finished my Vacuum table. Looking for some advice on feed rates I am cutting 3/4 plywood 1/4 inch bit.

When we cut cab parts we run 5ips
1st pass .35 climb
2nd pass .7 climb
3rd pass the rest conventional
so guys only do two pass though.
