new Z problem

Got the new Retro-Z axis installed today, now the Z axis goes in the reverse direction. Up is down and down is up. Any idea how to fix this? I did not unhook any wires or alter any settings, I'm bafflled. I'm awaiting a call back from Shopbot, but I have no idea if they will call me back on a saturday night. Thanks Kip

Kip one way to fix this is under unit values for the Z axis in SB3 is to add a - minus sign before the number there or if there is a minus sign there already remove it
