Hey guys,

This is my first time messing with our vacuum table that the old shop manager put in. The top MDF board is done and need to replace it with a new one. Could someone kinda go through the process with me and what type of MDF I need for the top to get the vacuum to pull through it.

Thanks

How big it your vac?
If it is a big boy blower, plain old mdf it fine, if not ldf is what you want.

We just put a new top on and all we did was skin the old top so it was flat dropped on the new top skin it blow off all the dust and put down full glue lines for around the table and the zones and then just put a lot big dots of glue(about one per 4 sqin) dropped the new top on and covered it will plastic bags and flipped on the vac for about 45 min.
Done.

Its a PRS 48x96. Have a four motor set up for the vac box but some of the motors blew out so they need replacing. Should I wait to install the new board till I have to motors running for the vacuum or can I just go ahead a glue without?
