Does anyone know anybody that services and/or helps with setup and/or training on the machine that comes to you? I am in the chicagoland area about 30 minutes west of o'hare and would be interested in this service?
Thank You

lots of info on this forum, youtube, ect...spend some time reading and searching for what you are looking for...dive in, make mistakes...no matter what others show you, it's your machine and you will run it and learn

I believe that ShopBot has a factory tech in that area. Give them a call to inquire: 1.888.680.4466

First thing I did was watch every single video on the shopbot website, its over 20hrs worth... so I watched them all at 2x....that pretty much got me where I needed to be in knowledge. I look forward to future videos they produce, I think they are a great asset.
If you've done any type of drafting the software they use is basic and easy.
I like aspire, but it feels like an old version of autocad, it could use some major tweaks and improvements or a complete overhaul on its tactics to pull things off but overall its basic in function for the $$$ it cost.

John Z. is the tech in that area. He is a great guy. Fun to work with.
I'm in the Kalamazoo area.
