I'm using the pocket to surface some MDF but when it does the final edge cleanup it cuts deeper in one corner it works perfect up until that point

Davo, not sure what might be going on but you might try doing the edge pass first to see what happens.

Almost looks like material is lifting? And especially as it's only one corner?
What hold down? Is that a possibility?
Looks like Z-Axis is plumb from the surface shown. You getting a good surface on all the rest of it, with only visible tool marks....none you can feel with your fingernail?

I'm using quite a few clamps to hold down each corner they pocketing pass itself comes out perfect the issue only happens when it does the edge pass and it has happened twice back to back. The edge that it leaves in the corner is very deep probably .02 that I measure with my calipers.

How do I set the edge pass to go first? Or can I just turn it off?

Seems this was an issue before on another site for thermwood to - http://www.thermwood.com/updates/updates_shopbot_link.htm

When using a raster, look in toolpath and you have option of "first, last,None"
Also, you may want to Try an offset toolpath. No profile pass, and as you can specify "Climb/Conventional" sometimes I get a better finish on exotics. Takes slightly longer (I do small stuff though) and unsanded the pattern isn't pleasing, but....
Not sure what's happening:(
If doing "None" you may have to expand your boundary box according to the radius of your bit...Play with it.

Under the pocketing toolpath I do not see the option for first last or none
