Tool bars and commands

Not sure how but I succeeded in losing both my toolbars and command functions on my SB window. I've tried but how do I get them back?

is there a little ? mark on the load file preview move screen? you click on that and it brings up a choice choose full screen at the bottom.

I have no question mark visible. I forgot to mention that I have version 3.6.46.

If you right click on the menu bar you should get a popup menu that will have "standard" and "customize" on it. If you click "standard" that should get the icon toolbar back.

No luck. Here is what the SB window looks like when I open it.... no toolbar, no commands...

Try deleting this key in regedit.exe "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ShopBot ToolBar". Close regedit and start SB3 again. That should bring back the default layout.
