Wiring for E-Stop..please help

Hello, I noticed the green wire on my E-stop wire has come out and I don't no which terminal it screws down to. It looks like 1 and 5 are for the Z Zero Plate and 2 and ? are for the E-stop. This is a older 3.51 board for a PRT Standard SB. I will try to attach a picture as well. Thanks for your help. -Matt24434

The green wire goes to ground marked with a "G".
I believe you can find the manual online at Shopbots site.

Yep. Green to Gnd & Black to Input 4.
