I got to meet a Shop Botter That lives in Minnesota. We meet at Wood Craft, then went to lunch, where I talked his leg off on how to do production runs and how to select Product to sale to the public and as wholesale. I enjoy getting to share my thoughts on how to make a living with a cnc router. I will gladly talk to anyone on the phone or in person. Sometimes I do get long winded when talking. I love to help those that want to learn. Hope fully the Gentleman will chime in and make a comment on how long I can talk.

By the way I am teaching the owner of the woodcraft store we meet at how to Make in-laid cutting board.

We are still working on getting a new building close to Lexington, Kentucky so that we can offer classes, shop bot, aspire, artcam and others can have classes that is close to central United States.
The weather has slowed our work down, still waiting on dozier company to get in and level the ground.

Gene was kind enough to meet with me on a Sunday as I traveled back from McGrew's Aspire Camp. Yep, Gene does like to talk, and the best part is that it's all good stuff. Everything from wholesale to retail, design to production, marketing and sales. He's a great guy, lots of fun, very generous with ideas and opportunities, as anyone who's read his posts will know.

If you find that the things he posts apply to you, I'd recommend giving him a call, or if you are in the area seeing if you can meet with him in person. I found it time well spent, and Eugene loves to teach and talk. I'm still working through all the ideas he gave me. Between that and the Aspire Camp I think my brain will be running overtime for about a month.
