Question On setting up a tool path

How do you set up a tool path for a object that is going to be sliced and cut in several sections to make one larger object. here is the drawing.

Bring it into Aspire or PW3D and slice it. Then toolpath each slice.

VCP8 or Aspire is better for this since you will want to create vector machining boundaries to 3D cut only the rounded edges and use an offset strategy.
