No idea. I was not able to load the page yesterday a number of times... might be a hacking issue. Might be a server issue. Might just have been a service issue...

If you are using chrome, try IE. Try on your phone. Seems to be a cache issue on some computers. Hosting service says it is probably a cache problem and should resolve. On my home desktop this morning, Chrome gave error but IE resolved correctly as did my phone (Safari).

The email to the webmaster was also rejected when it went down

It was down for me too using Safari on a Mac and on an iPad. Okay, now.
