We are a signshop and occasionally need to make things from
coro and decorate them- wondering how it works with the
corrugations? I am thinking the .5 inch model. Thanks Gene

I use the donek dragknife on Coro. It works great. I highly recommend it. I am a sign shop too. I mainly cut my own shipping boxes using Coro. Clean cuts every time. I use vac hold down table with it.

Are there any threads or instructions on a diy drag knife?

Yes, but it is not worth the headache.

The problem now is in Canada the exchange rate, the 3% exchange fee, the shipping plus shipping exchange rate, the fees at the boarder and the 13% Canadian sales tax makes $240 turn into well over $400. I would find $240 or so for the cutter a lot, but doable. $425, hard to justify without an actual large paying production job to justify the expense.

I bought the .5" Donek and it works a treat. I had made one for the pure joy of making but I didn't have the time to refine it and the first job paid for it +. I was concerned about not having a vac table but I had a base that is not seen and a couple screws thru that worked fine. Took about a minute to cut these out... plus a couple hours figuring out the gadget but that is typical, Gene.
