When a signmaker like Joe stacks the PVC does he glue 2 1" sheets together to get a 2" sheet? I see he has a couple of separate routes (the outline and the letters) married together. How does he glue them together?
What type of glue is used? Paint? Do you prime it first?
Are these signs as durable outdoors as cedar?
