My daughters high school band needed a cover wagon for their band competition. They had a cart that was converted to the main wagon, but lacked the details of an old wagon. I added the wagon wheels made of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood. The seat was also made of Baltic Birch. Put some V-carving to dress it up. Then some colored stains. The far side of the wagon that you can't see from the stands had flag racks and rifle racks for the color guard.
