I have no idea if they would be a good value. You could stick your neck out and try them?
Personally, I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole. I just stick with what I know is good.

Excellent prices, and I know the bits I get are choice.
I can bet Brady isn't saving a couple bucks on less-than-perfect bits.

I've never tried to squeeze the extra few bucks out of my tools, though.
It's always been a losing proposition. Buy the best and the value will always offset any "savings" by a longshot.
