V carve pro question

When I input a picture (in this case a banjo inlay) its clear and easy to trace...or seems to be until I hit the Drawline/polyline then the pic get very unclear, is there a way to fix this and leave it clear?

Have you tried sliding the bitmap fader all the way to zero?

1. Select bitmap by clicking on it
2. Right click, select object properties
3. Slide fader
