Shop botters in Charlotte nc?

Im in a suburb of Charlotte and I have a desktop, anyway I was having a small issue and was told to remove the bearing blocks on the X and be sure none of the bearings are frozen.

Dude, I don't have a clue I just use the thing. Ive been trying to figure it out and I know where they are but I don't want to screw anything up as I use this in production. anyone out there close so I can see what the problem is?

The absolute best (and fastest) thing to do would be to schedule a drive down to SBHQ and have them straighten it out. Then you will know it is tip top...There probably isn't anyone near you qualified to give you what you are looking for.

Brady you may be right but I have no way to do that at the time being but Im sure it is on the Y axis that's the problem and its one of the bearings I think.....can it be unfrozen if so or replaced? ill call shop bot
