first time shopbot user. My high school shop just got a BT48. All excited to get up an running and I get a run time error 75 path/file access error trying to move the router with keypad or manually typing commands. It happens when I close the keypad or after I execute a command. One suggestion was security settings. Any thoughts from this group.

Hi Roger, and welcome to the forum!

I have no experience with runtime error 75, and am a little surprised by the lack of responses. That tends to make me think you are getting in a situation that is fairly unique. Try calling tech support, even though you did not personally purchase the shopbot, but I expect they would still take the time to figure out what you need to do to correct the problem. Tech support at shopbot is world class!

Tech support suggested security issue and my school tech guy came and pulled off more security. It worked out and we made our first sawdust today, kids are all amazed that we have this "robot" in our shop!
