Where is a good place to get the led light bases that holds the engraved acrylic?

Best option is make them yourself, you will go into sticker shock looking at pre made.
Plus you are limited on size.

You can get as elaborate or as simple as you'd like.

Most of mine I make out of plain mdf and spray paint them. Reasonably attractive, very functional, easy to make and cheap. When I want something a bit nice I use thick plexiglas, examples of both pictured below.
