Everything has been going on just fine till now. Two different computers two or three different system available vetrics file panels all with the same error.

Everything seems fine but finish 3d panel cut when watched closely has a uncut shape (differs from one file shape to the next) the shape goes away at the end of the cutting preview but it shows up when cutting the panel in the bot and does not go away.

See the two attached pictures.

Any clues???2693726938

Check that the vector used for the machining boundary is clean and closed with no open parts or loops.

I only have a 3D finish pass on it now as that is the operation giving me problems. I took out all the rest of the 3D objects and the v-carve etc just to be sure.

File is too large to attached here.

It wouldn't be the boundary lines etc as it's Aspire's own vetric files and it's happening with more that one panel design puled in directly from the Aspire 8 program.

Fredrick,
Running the latest Aspire?(Think it's 8.024 like VCP8?)

Yup 8.024 windows 7 on my putter windows 10 on wife's same results on either. I'm suspecting that Aspire has some vetric file programming issues.

Wife seems to have found the fix if not the reason for our issue. Except for roughing cuts we have been exclusively using the offset cutting option. Changing to the raster cut option for the finish cut makes the unwanted material go away. Still thinking it's a Aspire issue but maybe not vector related so much as a basic programming glitch

You may want to post your original post on the Vectric forum and send the file to Vectric Support Fredrick?
Always nice to be able to cut the way you want to if possible, and personally just Hate not knowing "WHY?" :)
VERY helpful folks at Vectric, but it is the weekend. Very possible someone of Forum has run across it.
Smart Wife:)
