Northwest Indiana Shopbotters??

I may be going up to northwest indiana specifically Whiting, Ind. To buy a building that has apartments and a storefront and it may need some updating and wondered if there is any shopbotters in the Hammond, Ind greater Chicago area?
There is no way i could transport my shopbot up there
