3/4" HDO plus the inserts!
It's proven a VERY versatile spoilboard rig on our two Desktops for 2 years, but yours must be WAY more stable than mine!!
NICE rig for someone.
With the fences and wedges you can clamp almost anything fast and accurately.
A little sorry you're selling though:(

Is the spindle 110V or 220V?

Just a couple pics of what you can do with that Bill Young inspired spoilboard for people that haven't seen it. This is mine with Bob's suggestion of a raised cutting area MDF so you just glue on a new one when you've resurfaced to almost nothing. File for the insert modified fences and wedges available by e-mail to me, just drag in what you need and nest.
Hope you don't mind Bob, but that spoilboard is a major investment in time and HDO ain't cheap, and difficult to cut if you don't already have similar setup to tile it accurately. Never mind driving the 300 inserts:)
I just think it's a selling point you won't find anywhere else.
I can swap out my HDO button blanks in 30-60 seconds with cam clamps, and it's accurate enough to never Z-zero except for the first time with a new bit, run 6 blanks/swap bit/and do the next toolpath and countersink the same .08" buttonholes you just drilled perfectly.
Sorry for stomping Bob, and thanks for that raised area tip!

Randall The spindle is 2.2 KW 220V , 6000-24000 RPM , water cooled in a closed anti freeze filled system , the inside of the spindle stay clean as separate from shop environment , coolant flows thru small heat ex changer with 12V fan , this spindle is able to slide up and down in the custom mount about 2 inch , which makes the desk top able to accommodate very short and very long bits, the bit pictured in the spindle is 5 inch OAL , with 3 1/2" clearance to spoil board

Oh Bob,
What glue did you use for MDF on HDO?
Still have a half sheet of HDO would LOVE to get rid of my JUNK big box store MDF substrate that changes with humidity even day by day.

Made it home safely. Thanks again for the machine and taking the time to share some knowledge with me. My family and I had a great weekend in NYC and NJ!
