How do you dish out a bowl

Need some help need to make some bowls... I have forgotten how to set it up in aspire. can someone call me at 606-631-1639 and walk me through this.

figured out what I was doing wrong, also Scott called and made sure.. I was trying to pocket a 3/d rather that doing a clean up pass..
