no start spindle promt

My PRS Alpha just stopped asking me to start the spindle. It's NOT the P.P. . I tried to re-run old files that worked fine and it does the same thing. Just pauses for 2 seconds and then goes to the first move without asking to start the spindle.

If I turn on output 1 (ALT 1) before loading the file it works but I've never had to do that before. Is there a simple setting that has been changed?

Check that you are using the exact post processor that you were previously.

Gary, I have tried re-running older files which worked fine before but even then it fails to ask me to turn on the spindle. Which means it has to be some sort setting change in the control software.

C6 seems to not prompt the "spindle start" pop-up. But I can't figure out why.

Open the Custom6 file and verify that the file that is run (after FP) exists in that location
