My mouse keeps going bad! I have replace it 4 times in the last year. I buy microsoft thinking that they are better then most but the left click button keeps going bad. I think it's the humidity in the shop that is effecting it. (south Florida has a thing for humidity you know)
Does anyone know were to get a "heavy duty style mouse"?

Mike, this isn't cheap but I've used similar ones before in the past and they're virtually immune to anything you can throw at them...

Logitech is a decent brand name, as good as MS mice.
Under another name, it's the same thing... Labtec.

You have the same humidity, saline atmosphere and hurricane threat as we do, on a small Caribbean island where I live, and mice don't give trouble, here.
I'd suspect something other than just atmospheric operating conditions, frankly!

Hey Mike, let me guess. You have a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 4.0? If so, thats a common problem. I have two and one had the left click problem. If you have an extra old mouse around, you could solder in a button from another one. I did that to one of mine and it's been working fine since.
