I am having difficutly cutting out signs. I have cut signs out before with no problem. But the last few that I've tried to cut are turning out funny. It will cut some of the sign perfect, then it might leave a little extra that's not supposed to be there but it will have a line through it where it should have gotten cut off from. Or it will make the letters wavy. But when I check out my file the lines are perfectly straight. It almost looks like the wood is moving just a little bit every so often with the way some of the letters are. I've tried making the files a different way.

Thanks in adavance

Nikki,
Check your material for movement, then check to ensure you bit is secure. From there do an air cut and see if you can notice any discrepecies.
Also check all your connections and wiring to the tool is secure and the tool is grounded.
Good luck

Nikki,

Something you might also check is your gears on the motors, make sure that you don't have one of those loose or a set of bolts loose.

Or, as Dale stated, it might be your material moving.

Good Luck,
Jay
