I made this jig for mortising some of my benches its pretty basic, a 15 degree ramp to hold the bench top.

Looking at these pics I may want to take a day and clean up the shop.....

I understand the need to clean up the shop… the other day we just had to stop and spend five minutes cleaning!

Thanks Brian.
What's that butterflied table top in the background....3 pieces? Or just an oval looking pair of cracks?
NICE benches!! :)

I am way past the leaf blower stage.

Thanks for the comments I will post as it progresses. I have a traditional mission style closet cabinet I need to make for an order. It would be nice just to make what I want all the time but got to pay the bills. I will juggle my time.

Nice Brian; Do you also make the legs-tenons on the bot?

Yes Bob I have air clamps I set up at the end of the table for tenoning and mortising, dovetails too.

I have a short video of it in action I made a few years ago.

And some pics of the setup for dovetails. Not all polished and perfect but it gets the job done.
