Hello All,

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find 5'x12' trupan ultralight MDF? Nowhere local to me can get it.

If you have a big republic blower you do not need trupan or ULDF.

Could I just use lighter MDF then?

We use LDF with our two Feins.
Works well for most applications.

What do you think of this? Which one would work best?

The differences between different ULDF's is quite minimal.
They all work better than mdf and difficult to tell the difference in practice from each other.

You might try Schaller Hardwoods, they have lots of different items.

You can piece together 5 x 12 from 4 x 8's etc also-Not a big deal.

Don't know if this helps, but they have a large selection. Located in Kansas and Iowa. Finally something good about living in Iowa!! Very few CNC guys, at least Shopbot.
