I have a shopbot alpha 2004 and use vcarve pro. It has two Colombo spindles and when I setup a file to run it will not turn off the spindle when that head is finished. Example- if I use the z head first it will continue to run after it is finished cutting until the a axis fires up. (Which has about a 5-10 second delay before the a axis turns on.)Then z axis turns off and the a axis does it's thing. Then a axis is done cutting and will continue to run. It will also do this using ecabinets.

Colin...
You will want to look at the "C6" and "C7" custom files to audit the sub routines that they run.

I went to the c drive and looked up the custom files but I'm not sure what I am looking at. Anywhere I can look to learn more about this?

Yeah I was able to pull up the c6 and c7 command but I'm not sure what it is supposed to look like. I would load a picture but I am not sure how to do that
