Replaced controller card, Y and Z are now moving in reversed direction

My ShopBot Buddy quit working. Technical support diagnosed it to be a bad controller card. During the troubleshooting process, I also downloaded the latest control software. Received and installed the new controller card, usb cable and downloaded firmware today. Machine is up and running but Y and Z are moving backwards. X is OK. Any help would be much appreciated as I need to get a customer order out this weekend. Thanks

Apologize in advance, but where, how do you enter the negative values? Really appreciate your help

been a while since I had a bot, if I remember correctly UV and you'll see the values for those axis
