Ever now and again I get one of these little "In and Out" panels. They provide a welcome break. My main concern is making the shop rate. Anything smaller than this and it becomes iffy.

This is where anyone with a CNC stands away by providing quality.

Glad this was of assistance.

Small signs like this should be thought through before starting because they can get away from you and become an art project. To make this one pay off I'd rely on vinyl lettering over the white painted fields. That means finishing is rather quick. The rule of thumb for me is, "The more times you touch a project the profit goes down".

One way to increase the quality is having the lettering and borders stand about .40 above the background.
