I have a PRT 4G Shopbot. When I connect the cable to my laptop and turn the power on the control box and open the SB software it will not connect. The red power light on the box is on but the green light flashes but will not stay on.
I have had this issue before. It occurs in humid summer weather and when it has not been used in a couple of weeks. Usually I check all of the connections on the motherboard, unplug and replug with the power off, and all is fine. Today I can't get the bot to connect to my computer.
