Routing 0.80 Aluminum

Looking for bit recomendations on routing 0.80 aluminum. trying to do a cut all the way through not engrave

I use a Viper / Destiny Tool 1/4shank , 3 flt bit .005 to .008 a pass , 1.5" and adjust speed of spindle to get chips(10,000 - 12,000 ) no air , Dry , I have gotten them on Ebay from Drillman , This is what works for me, .05" step over , have done 10 hour cuts
