Trouble Uploading pictures to Forum

I have tried to upload pictures of my CNC which I have for sale. I go to advanced, chose the picture, and upload. It gives me an error. I tried jpeg and giff. No luck. Also, I have a few images in my file. I cannot figure out how to delete them. I tried to thinking that the space was limited. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't you just love it when a program tells you it can not do something, but will give no clue WHY?
9 chances out of ten your pic files are too large. Also it does not want to load more than one pic at a time.
Use a picture editing program to get to 72 pixels per inch resolution and make the pics 1000 pixels wide. That will give a JPEG resolution of about 150K and it will load them happily.
