Tech support praise

Good day to all,
I am a newbie to the CNC world, and chose Shopbot for my first machine.
There isn't enough room for me to completly describe the troubles and frustrations I have endured to get to the happy camper phase. I could not have survived without the constant help provided by Tom and Ben in tech support. They are awesome, and some very patient and understanding guys. Stayed with me through it all. Problem turned out to be static. I learned to hate the word. Anyway, hat's off to the machine and the guys in tech support.

Ask around here, we will all agree, ShopBot support in all its faces is why we have our machines. Glad they got ya' going and static is a major issue with a lot of folks. Where I am located is technically high mountain desert and July and August doing PVC signs is always a challenge! :rolleyes: Russ

Many, many, MANY of us have been where you were at. See you're in NC too, not that far from ShopBot HQ. If you get the chance, attend the in person training, I took mine after having shopbot for 2 years, wish I had taken it after having ShopBot for 2 days! Worth every penny.
