Teen Challenge Women’s Ministries (TCWM) is now hiring for the position of CNC Machine Operator/Shop Supervisor with a starting salary of $40,000-50,000 annually. The shop supervisor is an experienced CNC Machine Operator reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This person is a supervisory role for the operations and production of the wood shop and overseer of employees. The shop has 4 machines- 2 are ATC's. This person will need to follow the daily responsibilities laid out by TCWM management and adhere to TCWM code of ethics.
