Cutting Depth

i had a question about the depth my bit is cutting. we are currently using single layer sign foam and some parts of the letters are not getting cut as deep as needed and are too shallow. we are using a 90 degree V-bit for the cut.any help?

Bill, What program are you using to draw up your cutting files? And have you checked your unit values for the specific gears on your machine? Bill P.

Maybe your table is out of true.
Run your bit around the perimeter of your material and see if the line is even, the V bit is a good indicator.
If its off, level the table or put shims under your piece.
