I use at shopbot at work, making architectural millwork related items and am very impressed with its capabilites. I dream of all the things I could do with my own bot, but have neither the space or $ to get one right now.
My focus has turned to building my own. So I have been reading all I can find and searching out suppliers of various components.
I've come across a deal I had to share. New 1000w servos for $40.

I just ordered some, and noticed there are only 41 left in stock, there were over 200 only two days ago...
So, if your thinking of making a switch to servo drives you might want to get in on this.
