I mentioned this project in a post a long time ago. I got distracted and it sat on the shelf for months until around Thanksgiving when my wife indicated she really wanted to see it done by Christmas. Overall dimension is 44"x27". Basically, table size. The base is 1.5" thick and the entire thing, with prop, weighs about 65 lbs.

Did you make the prop yourself? Looks great! My son would love something like this. He is a pilot and has been since right after 9/11. He currently flies for a FedEx feeder company. Was a pilot for Horizon Airlines until he got fed up living below the poverty line....

The prop is off a Stinson 108 that my wife's father owned many decades ago.
