Computer Requirements for Standard PRS Shopbot?

I've been reading that a Shopbot PRS ideally runs on a PC computer with at least 4GB of RAM (8 being better) and a Dual Core Pentium Processor. I've also read that you want to have at last two USB 2.0 ports. I remember having problems with this the past it has me concerned about buying a computer that doesn't have the proper jacks. A few of the laptops I've been looking at only have 1 USB 2.0 jack. Can anyone recommend a good laptop with the appropriate jacks that has 8GB of RAM and nice processor? My last laptop stopped working and I was hoping to replace it for a few hundred dollars. Any help is greatly appreciated.

First off, I suggest not using a laptop. They're just not robust enough for a shop environment. Second, the computer requirements for your PRS are really quite modest. Go on eBay and find a computer recycler who will configure a refurbished machine to your liking for about $150 delivered to your home. I got one that was the size of a dictionary that works perfectly for my PRS Alpha.
