X and Z move

I have a 4G board that just started doing this. When I give an X command to move like plus 1 inch the Z will move up 1 inch and if I go neg 1 inch the Z will also go down 1 inch not sure how to solve this.

It was working fine 2 days ago today I noticed the Y dropped out and then when I got the Y back to working by replacing a fuse in the Gecko. The Z and Y work fine alone but the z moves along with the X when I try it

check your software and see if they somehow got swapped there. If your cables are correct that is all I can think of.
